Before photos at check-in
When the worker arrives, they snap a timestamped, geo-tagged 'before' photo of the job site. The AI logs the scene as the baseline.
AI compares before & after
On completion, an 'after' photo is uploaded. Our vision model matches angles, detects the change, and scores it against the booked service description.
Escrow releases automatically

What the AI actually checks
- • Same location, same framing between before and after
- • Visible change consistent with the service booked
- • No signs of tampering, edited images, or reused stock photos
- • EXIF timestamp and location match the booking window
- • Category-specific cues (clean surfaces, installed part, styled hair, etc.)
When something looks off
If the model isn't confident — angles don't match, the change doesn't add up, or the photo looks reused — the booking pauses automatically. A human reviewer opens the case, chats with both sides, and either releases funds, requests a re-do, or issues a refund. Escrow means no one is paid until the job is verifiably done.
